48 to 74 Point Maintenance & Safety Inspection of HVAC System (Depending on Equipment)
Inspection of Outdoor HVAC Equipment
Inspection of Indoor HVAC Equipment (Including Accessories)
Inspection of Thermostat/Operation
Inspection and/or Replacement of Air Filter
Inspection of Accessible Ducting
Completed Inspection Report
Maintenance Call
After you contact us, we’ll give you a four-hour block of time for your technician’s arrival based on your location in Central Oregon.

You’ll receive a phone call from the technician when they are on their way.

A uniformed, background-checked technician will arrive and perform maintenance on your heating or cooling system.

Once completed, he or she will explain the condition of your equipment and review pictures showing any problems found during the inspection.

The technician will provide an estimate of any advised AC repairs. (If Applicable)
05
Payment is due at the time of the visit.
