A Fast Response to Home Repair

Imagine waking up on a Monday morning in February and your heat is out. Or it’s a summer weekend and you have family coming in to stay with you, and your air conditioning suddenly fails. When the unexpected happens, count on Second Wind to come through with highly trained technicians to fix what’s broken with as little disruption to your life as possible.

While Second Wind recommends bi-annual maintenance for heating and air conditioning equipment to reduce the chances of emergencies, we understand you can’t predict surprises.

Service Call

After you contact us, we’ll give you a four-hour block of time for your technician’s arrival.

You’ll receive a phone call from the technician when they are on their way.

A uniformed, background-checked technician will arrive and investigate the issue.

He or she will explain the diagnosis to you and provide a quote for the repair.

The technician will perform the repair, go through final paperwork with you, and answer any questions.

Payment is due at the time of the visit.

Our Maintenance Inspections are designed based off of ACCA/ANCI National Standards.

Your Heating & Air Conditioning System is the most expensive appliance you own.

Inspection & Cleaning

  • 48 to 74 Point Maintenance & Safety Inspection (Depending on Equipment)

  • Inspection of Outdoor Equipment

  • Inspection of Indoor Equipment (Including Accessories)

  • Inspection of Thermostat/Operation

  • Inspection and/or Replacement of Air Filter

  • Inspection of Accessible Ducting

System Replacement

No one ever wants to replace their Heating & Air Conditioning equipment however when that time comes we want to make sure your comfort needs are met, your home is always protected during the installation and you are excited about your investment.

We Start By:

  1. Evaluating the home to determine system conditions.

  2. Educate you on products available to enhance or protect your investment.

  3. Agree on the correct system for you.

  4. Protect your home 100% from anything happening during the replacement.

  5. Installation of the Equipment agreed upon and installed to Code and SW Standards.

  6. Complete Start up of the System once installed and Owners Training on how to Operate and Maintain your System.

  7. We include a follow up inspection after the first 6 months of every install to ensure the system is operating properly and everything has settled to your and our expectations.
