Service Call
After you contact us, we’ll give you a four-hour block of time for your technician’s arrival. Fireplace must remain off day of service.

You’ll receive a phone call from the technician when they are on their way.

A uniformed, background-checked technician will arrive and investigate the issue.

He or she will explain the diagnosis to you and provide a quote for the repair.

The technician will perform the repair, go through final paperwork with you, and answer any questions.

Payment is due at the time of the visit.
